Cleopatra is the 2016 sophomore album from the Grammy-nominated Lumineers, pressed on vinyl. Four years after their platinum-selling debut, Wesley Schultz, Jeremiah Fraites, and Neyla Pekarek return with a bold, inventive collection recorded at Clubhouse Studio in Rhinebeck, New York. Produced by Simone Felice, the album blends intimate storytelling with experimental touches, from the lo-fi, stream-of-consciousness “Sick in the Head” to the piano-driven “In the Light” and the orchestral closer “Patience.” Cleopatra proves the Lumineers continue to push their sound while delivering the heartfelt, cinematic Americana that has earned them worldwide acclaim.
