Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to initiate a return. Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. To be eligible, your item must be returned with a description of the defect and in the condition it was received, aside from the issue being reported.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit the store in person or contact us via email with your order number and a description of the defect. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label to download and print, there is no cost to you for return shipping, and no restocking fee is applied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you. If you receive an item that was incorrectly described or is a different item than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange upon the return of the item in its original sent condition.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for defective items. Once your return is approved, let us know which item you'd like in its place and we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost. If you'd prefer a refund instead, that option remains available.

Orders placed through third party marketplaces like Discogs are subject to the specific return protections and policies of those platforms.
