Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Fulfillment

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For orders placed before 3 pm central standard time on business days, we generally provide same day shipping. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our store in Liberty Hill.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service. For domestic orders of records and media, we offer USPS Media Mail as a cost effective option. Please be aware that Media Mail can take longer to arrive depending on your distance from Texas. We also offer expedited options such as USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail if you require faster delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Packaging and Handling

We take structural integrity seriously and use industry leading materials to ensure your records arrive safely. For single record orders, we use a Mighty Mailer specifically designed for rigid corner to corner protection. Orders of two or more records are shipped in Whiplash v01 mailers with stiffeners or bubble wrap as needed. Both the Mighty Mailer and Whiplash systems provide the same professional grade protection to prevent corner dings and surface damage during transit.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. International transit times can vary significantly due to customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once they leave our shop. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the contents immediately and contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Third Party Marketplaces

Orders placed through third party marketplaces such as Discogs will follow the shipping terms and timelines specified on those platforms.

In Store Pickup

If you are local to the Liberty Hill area, you may select the local pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification. You can then pick up your items at our retail location below during our regular business hours.
