Static ATX Records is an independent record store in Liberty Hill, Texas, just northwest of Austin. We carry new and used vinyl, CDs, cassettes, books, and supplies, with deep crates in goth and industrial and synthpop and new wave alongside indie rock and punk, metal, hip hop, electronic, alt-country, and soundtracks.
The store was opened May 2025 as a way to give back to the community by providing a local place to gather and shop for music. I've worked in and spent a lot of time in record stores my whole life and it always felt like a safe and happy place for me to be. So I wanted to provide that kind of environment for Liberty Hill where I live.
