Ukrainian punk trio Death Pill made an immediate impact during their first-ever European tour, turning heads across the UK with their ferocious live shows. While in London, the band took time to record “MONSTERS” with producer Wayne Adams (Pet Brick, Big Lad, Green Lung) at Bear Bites Horse Studio.
The result is a short, sharp shock—an angry, sardonic blast of riffs and relentless percussion that growls and rips from start to finish.
The band explains:
“MONSTERS is about how our parents, knowingly or unknowingly, lose their children.”
On the flip side, Shooting Daggers return with their first new music since last year’s Athames EP. Rapidly rising through the UK and European hardcore scenes, Sal, Bea, and Raquel have built a reputation for their explosive live shows and a sound that blends hard-hitting punk with sharp melodic instincts.
Their new track “NOT MY RIVAL” delivers exactly what fans have been waiting for—a catchy, pogo-ready queercore anthem packed with feminist energy and a hook that sticks.
The band says:
“‘Not My Rival’ is about dismantling the male gaze and challenging the internalized patriarchal messages we all absorb. It’s about breaking the cycle of female rivalry and encouraging people to lift each other up instead of tearing each other down.”
