Nine months after the sprawling introspection of CHROMAKOPIA, Tyler, The Creator did the opposite of what everyone expected: he made a record built entirely for movement. Don't Tap The Glass, his ninth studio album, arrived in July 2025 and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, a lean twenty-eight-minute blast of pure body music with no room for the second-guessing that shaded his recent work. The title is an instruction. This one is meant to be felt on a dance floor, not studied through glass.

Tyler produced all ten tracks himself, pulling from house, techno, electro, and the warm funk of a Black family reunion cookout. Lead single "Ring Ring Ring" sets the tone with its restless pulse, while "Sugar on My Tongue" leans into sweat and swagger. Pharrell Williams turns up both as himself and as his Sk8brd alter ego, with Madison McFerrin and Yebba adding vocal color across a record that never sits still long enough to overthink itself. It is the sound of one of music's most restless minds deciding, for once, to simply throw a party.

Critics met it warmly, framing it as a deliberate palate cleanser: lower stakes, higher fun, and a reminder that Tyler can command a groove as confidently as he builds a concept. Coming off the heaviest album of his career, this is the release button.

This pressing houses a translucent clear single LP on 140-gram vinyl inside a printed gatefold jacket, packaged with two posters in a clear plastic O-card. The posters are designed to interchange behind the sleeve to create multiple background colors, a bit of physical play that suits an album this alive. A striking pressing of Tyler's most immediate record.
