LISA - Press Play

A year after Alter Ego introduced her as a solo artist on a full-length scale, LISA comes back with something shorter and far more personal. PRESS PLAY is a six-track EP that looks at how far the BLACKPINK star has traveled and where it all started. The rollout said as much before a note was heard: red billboards reading "Hello สวัสดีค่ะ" went up in cities around the world in August, greeting fans in her native Thai.

Lead single "SaWaDiKa" sets the tone, mixing English and Thai over a bright, swaggering beat that turns a simple hello into a statement of identity. From there the EP moves fast: "V12" and "Cobra" lean into the punchy, rap-forward side of her sound, "Tarantino" has a cinematic snarl, and "Cut U Off" and "Sweat" close things out on the dance floor. Nothing overstays its welcome, and the whole record runs about sixteen minutes.

It caps a huge stretch for LISA, from her acting turn on The White Lotus to sold-out Las Vegas shows and a documentary premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. PRESS PLAY is the soundtrack to that moment, and a reminder that the global icon still carries her roots with her.

Released on LLOUD / RCA, this 12" EP is pressed on milky clear vinyl and comes with a printed inner sleeve and folded poster. Out October 23, 2026, it's a must for BLINKs and a fun, high-energy pickup for any pop collector.
