Inspiral Carpets - Revenge of the Goldfish

Originally released on October 5, 1992, Revenge of the Goldfish is the third studio record from the Inspiral Carpets and a cornerstone of the early 90s indie-rock explosion. Reaching #17 on the UK Album Charts, the album refined the band’s signature "Cool as Fuck" energy into a more polished, high-fidelity sound. It features the classic line-up of Tom Hingley, Clint Boon, Graham Lambert, Martyn Walsh, and Craig Gill, producing some of the most recognizable anthems of the baggy era.

To celebrate its 30th Anniversary, the album has been reissued on vinyl for the first time since its initial 1992 run. This special edition has been meticulously remastered to highlight the "jaunty vocals" and Clint Boon's legendary Farfisa organ work. Housed in a deluxe replica of the original "arresting" photography sleeve by Sandy Skoglund, this release is an essential piece of Manchester music history.
