Released in 2004, A Crow Left of the Murder... is the fifth studio album from Incubus and one of their most restless and experimental records. Marking the arrival of bassist Ben Kenney, it finds the band pushing beyond radio-friendly alt-rock into knottier, more politically charged territory without sacrificing their melodic gift.

Led by the fiery single "Megalomaniac" alongside "Talk Show on Mute," "Agoraphobia," and "Pistola," the album pairs angular riffs and shifting time signatures with Brandon Boyd's soaring vocals. It's the sound of a hugely successful band deliberately challenging itself and its audience.
