Midnight Rocker was crafted with the same care and vision that Sherwood brought to his late-career collaborations with Lee "Scratch" Perry (Rainford and Heavy Rain). A top-tier lineup of musicians was assembled, with months spent perfecting performances, arrangements, and mixes. The result is a stunning collection of tracks, rich with expert musicianship, meticulous production, and Andy’s unmistakable, soulful vocals.

The album features reimagined versions of classic Horace Andy songs like “Mr. Bassie,” alongside a strong set of new compositions addressing modern-day themes—standouts include “Watch Over Them” and “Materialist.” It also includes a powerful version of “Safe From Harm,” the Massive Attack track that helped cement Andy’s legacy with a new generation.
