Three is the sprawling, immersive statement from Minneapolis psych explorers Flavor Crystals, collected here as a triple LP. Long a cult name in the American space-rock underground, the band trades in slow-building, reverb-drenched drones and hypnotic, motorik grooves.

Spread across three records and twenty-four tracks, the album drifts from the shimmering "Mirror Chop" through the ten-minute epic "Surround (sound/song/sprawl)" to the smoldering closer "Neglecta." It's a headphones-and-nightfall kind of record, built for total immersion.

This limited reissue is pressed on olive green, violet and rusty red vinyl — a 3XLP set on Dust and Memory (D&M006).
