Blondshell is the sound of Sabrina Teitelbaum becoming a fearless songwriter. Her debut is full of sharp hooks and clear, honest reflections on finding confidence, claiming your voice, and searching for relief. The songs are driven by bright melodies, huge choruses, and guitars that crack open the emotional core of each track.

Teitelbaum grew up surrounded by classic rock, and the Rolling Stones became one of her earliest influences even during a period when polished teen pop dominated the radio. As a teenager in New York City, she slipped into small venues with a fake ID and discovered indie bands whose raw, specific lyrics reshaped the way she listened. After moving to Los Angeles in 2015 for music school, she studied theory and harmony before leaving to explore her own direction. She spent time writing in pop studios, which ultimately showed her that she was meant for something more personal and less manufactured.

When the pandemic began, she started writing without pressure or expectations. Letting go of self-consciousness opened the door to the songs that became her self-titled album. Blondshell became a project built on knowing where the wounds are, facing them directly, and stitching them back together through music.
