The Womack Sisters' 2026 debut is Daptone doing what Daptone does best — except this time the singers are actual soul royalty. Kucha, Zeimani and BG Womack are granddaughters of Sam Cooke and nieces of Bobby Womack, and they grew up on tour buses singing behind their own family.

Bosco Mann produced and arranged it at Penrose Recorders, which means the band is playing live to tape and the sisters' three-part harmony sits right up front where it belongs. "Chauffeur" and "If You Want Me" are the singles and both hit hard; "Laughter And Tears" and "I Just Don't Want You (To Say Goodbye)" are where the Cooke inheritance shows most plainly. "My Sisters And Me" closes it in barely two minutes and says the whole thing.
