Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or in store purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For new and sealed items, this means the factory seal must remain intact. For used items, the item must be returned in the specific grade and condition described at the time of sale.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit the store in person or contact us via email. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, you will be shared instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our location in Liberty Hill. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you. If you receive an item that was incorrectly described or is a different item than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange upon the return of the item in its original sent condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
