Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to start a return.
What Can Be Returned
New items that are still sealed and unopened, in the condition you received them, can be returned for a refund for any reason. Opened items and used items can be returned only if they are defective, damaged in shipping, or not what you ordered. Coffee and other food items can't be returned.
Return Shipping
If you're returning a sealed item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. If the mistake is ours (we sent the wrong record, or it arrived damaged or defective), we'll email you a free prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee either way.
Return Process
To start a return, visit the shop or email info@staticatx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without an approved return won't be accepted. You can also bring any eligible return to the shop in person.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you. If you receive an item that was incorrectly described or is a different item than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange upon the return of the item in its original sent condition.
Exchanges
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we'll ship a replacement at no extra cost, or refund you if you prefer.
Third Party Marketplaces
Orders placed through third party marketplaces like Discogs are subject to the specific return protections and policies of those platforms.
