She dropped the surname. The tenth studio album from the artist now billed simply as Miley lands September 18 on Atlantic Records, her first for the label, and the title track sets the terms immediately: a low-slung bassline, a wall of eighties synths, and a vocal that trades the rasp-and-belt catharsis of "Flowers" for something cooler, sleeker, and aimed squarely at the dance floor.

Across ten tracks produced with Kid Harpoon, Maxx Morando, and Michael Pollack, she frames the record as a love story with multiple layers, self-love and romance tangled together. Brooklyn art-punk outfit Model/Actriz turn up on "Different Religion," and Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow lends a hand on "Neon Signs." "Let's Get Married," "Orbit," "REDLIGHTS," and "Aftermath" work the same nocturnal territory before the album loops back on itself and closes with "Bass Persuades Remixx."

It follows Endless Summer Vacation, whose "Flowers" became a global smash and took home two Grammys, and 2025's Something Beautiful. She later won Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "II MOST WANTED" with Beyoncé. This new era also brings her back to the stage for the first time in years, a two-night limited engagement at the Hollywood Bowl on October 16 and 18, with Model/Actriz opening both shows.

A new chapter under a new name and a new label, pressed to vinyl and housed in a Mert Alas-shot sleeve that matches the music's late-night glamour. One for the collection.
