Lords Of Acid - Little Mighty Rabbit [CD]

In 2011, Lords Of Acid returned from more than a decade away with "Little Mighty Rabbit," the first taste of Deep Chills. That 2012 album was the band's first studio record in twelve years, their first for Metropolis Records, and the first to feature an American lead vocalist, Mea Fisher.

This CD EP runs the lead single through a small army of remixers. Trance names Christopher Lawrence and DJ Micro stretch it out to around seven minutes each, and the Smell-O Kitty, Bass To Mouth, Krack Bunny, and Dirty Dub Dildo mixes take it in every direction the band's sense of humor allows. "Drowning In Ecstasy" and "Sole Sucker" round out the set as non-remix extras.

A fun, club-focused snapshot of the moment one of electronic music's most outrageous acts came back to life. Twelve tracks in a standard jewel case.
