Jay-Z / Linkin Park - Collision Course

Collision Course is the 2004 mash-up EP that fused two of the era's biggest acts, rapper Jay-Z and nu-metal juggernaut Linkin Park, into a single genre-melting experiment. Debuting at number one on the Billboard 200, it turned a novelty MTV special into a bona fide crossover event.

Produced by Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, the record layers Jay-Z verses from The Black Album and beyond over Linkin Park instrumentals drawn from Hybrid Theory and Meteora. The centerpiece "Numb/Encore" won a Grammy and became one of the definitive mash-ups of the 2000s, alongside "Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You" and "Jigga What/Faint."

This vinyl reissue collects the six studio mash-ups via Warner Records.
