Released in 1999, Make Yourself is the third studio album from Incubus and the record that launched them into the mainstream. Sanding down the funk-metal edges of their early work in favor of tighter songwriting and bigger hooks, it became a multi-platinum breakthrough and a defining alt-rock album of its era.

Powered by the enduring singles "Drive," "Pardon Me," and "Stellar," the album pairs Brandon Boyd's soulful vocals with the band's dynamic, genre-blurring musicianship. "Drive" in particular became one of the signature rock songs of its generation, propelling the record to double-platinum status.
