Fleet Foxes return with Shore, a vibrant and deeply reflective album capturing the joy, solace, and beauty of life in the face of mortality. Released on double-gatefold 2LP vinyl and CD, the album features 15 new songs recorded across multiple iconic studios—including Long Pond in upstate New York, Studios St. Germain in Paris, Vox in Los Angeles, Diamond Mine in Long Island City, and Electric Lady in New York City.

Robin Pecknold describes Shore as “a relief, like your feet finally hitting sand after getting caught in a riptide,” a celebration of life honoring musical heroes such as David Berman, John Prine, Judee Sill, and Bill Withers. The album originally premiered digitally on the fall equinox, accompanied by a Super-16mm landscape film by Kersti Jan Werdal, further highlighting the immersive, cinematic quality of the music.
