In celebration of the Trembling Earth exhibition at MUNCH, Norwegian label Smalltown Supersound presents Jordsvingninger, a specially curated compilation of 18 new tracks inspired by the atmospheric landscapes, organic processes, and cosmic visions of Edvard Munch.

Spanning experimental electronica, techno, ambient, jazz, and improvisation, Jordsvingninger translates Munch’s iconic works into sound, creating a unique auditory reflection of his cosmic and emotional artistry. Each track is crafted specifically for this project, offering listeners a dynamic journey through both space and sensation.

“This project has been a dream for us,” says Joakim Haugland, head of Smalltown Supersound. “The cosmic element has always been central to our history, and fusing our music with Munch’s cosmic vision is a huge honor.”
