Our goal here at Static ATX Records is to provide the best record buying experience we can. To meet that goal we want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best value. When we price our records in the store, we do our research to ensure we have the lowest price. However, sometimes we miss things. So, to ensure we're always meeting our goal we will match (or beat!) the advertised price of any product from an authorized retailer.
Our price match guarantee is offered in good faith, we're not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes but we put together these terms just to protect us in case there are bad actors out there.
Qualifying Criteria

Identical Match: The item must be the exact same version, including the UPC, catalog number, pressing (e.g., specific color vinyl), and year of release.

In-Stock Status: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase at both our store and the competitor's website.

Condition: For used items, the media and sleeve must be in the same graded condition (e.g., Near Mint vs. Very Good Plus).

Authorized Sellers: We match prices from established retail businesses and authorized distributors. This excludes individual sellers on marketplaces, auction sites, or private listings.

To request a price match, please contact us via email (info@staticatx.com) or social media with a direct link to the lower-priced item. We will verify the price and availability before applying the discount to your order.
Note: Price matching cannot be combined with other store promotions. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
