This year marks the 75th anniversary of Elektra Records, and to celebrate, the label alongside Rhino Records has released special limited edition vinyl pressings of some of their most beloved and iconic albums. Third Eye Blind's explosive 1997 debut is among the most essential of the bunch, pressed onto "God of Wine" grape vinyl and featuring a foil-embossed cover.

Written collectively by Stephan Jenkins and Kevin Cadogan and produced by Jenkins and Eric Valentine, the album was recorded in and around San Francisco at Toast Studios, Skywalker Ranch, and H.O.S., blending alternative rock, post-grunge, and power pop into something that felt entirely its own. Thematically it covers relationships, drug addiction, and the experience of breaking through to a major label, with hooks sharp enough to lodge themselves permanently in your brain.

The album spawned three instant classic top 10 singles in "Semi-Charmed Life," "Graduate," and "How's It Going to Be," along with hits "Jumper" and "Losing a Whole Year," on its way to going six times platinum in the US.
