Tresor Records continues its landmark Drexciya reissue campaign with a deluxe repress of Neptune’s Lair, the duo’s legendary 1999 album and one of the most essential documents of Detroit electronic music. This special edition, part of Tresor’s ongoing archival series honoring the legacy of James Stinson and Gerald Donald, features newly reimagined artwork by Detroit contemporary artist Matthew Angelo Harrison, celebrating both the mythology and futurism that define Drexciya’s world.

First released at the turn of the millennium, Neptune’s Lair marks a pivotal moment in Drexciya’s mythology — a deep dive into the aquatic Afrofuturist universe they constructed across their catalog.
