To kick off a series of milestone celebrations, London Records presents The Factory Singles: a brand-new, fully remastered compilation that tracks the band's wild ascent from 1985 to 1992. This special Double LP is pressed on striking Yellow and Magenta vinyl, housed in a 5mm spine sleeve with artwork designed by members of the original Central Station design team. Sides A, B, and C capture the raw, anarchic energy of their original Factory Records output—including "Step On," "Kinky Afro," and "24 Hour Party People"—all meticulously remastered for vinyl. Side D is a curated journey through the remix culture the Mondays helped invent, featuring legendary studio manipulations by Paul Oakenfold, Andrew Weatherall, Terry Farley, and Jon Carter. Complete with liner notes by Oakenfold himself, this is more than a "best-of"; it is a time capsule of a movement that redefined the sound of the UK forever.
