The Colour of Spring is the third studio album by the English band Talk Talk, released on February 17, 1986. The album combines art pop and jazz elements, with Mark Hollis and producer Tim Friese-Greene aiming for more organic instrumentation and production. Unlike previous Talk Talk albums, synthesizers are rarely featured, instead being replaced by guitar, piano, and organ.
