Originally released in 1988, State Of Mind is the second studio album from Canadian industrial legends Front Line Assembly. This landmark record was the band’s first for the influential German independent label Dossier and serves as a definitive document of their early, purely electronic sound. Produced by Michael Balch—who later brought his industrial expertise to Al Jourgensen’s Ministry and Revolting Cocks projects—the album captures Bill Leeb (ex-Skinny Puppy) as he began to master the art of the "danceable dystopia."
