The genesis of >>>> began in isolation, in the quiet hills of Talsarnau, Wales. There, at a house called Pen Y Bryn, surrounded by nothing but mist, sea, and the distant silhouette of Portmeirion, the band reconnected with their earliest instincts. The lead-off track, “Strawberry Line,” a metronomic ode to their late companion Alfie Barrow (who graces the album cover), sets the tone for what follows: hypnotic, expansive, and deeply human.

Returning to Invada Studios in Bristol, they resumed recording between legs of heavy touring across continents. But rather than let the road define them, Beak> stripped things back—no pressure, no pretense, just three musicians in a room rediscovering their shared pulse.
