Emily A. Sprague - Double Moon

One of the most quietly essential voices in contemporary ambient and electronic music arrives with a new EP that marks a genuine turning point in her already remarkable body of work. Emily A. Sprague, synthesist, composer, and co-founder of beloved indie band Florist, has spent nearly a decade building an expansive solo practice rooted in environmental composition and intuitive sonic architecture. Double Moon, released on RVNG Intl., distills that practice into three tracks of extraordinary depth and delicacy.

The title track traces psychic and tangible landscapes as parallel realms, built from modular intricacy and incantatory repetition, with V Haddad's translucid vocals drifting across Sprague's diaphanous synthesizer spills like light across water.
