Drawn from the same recording sessions that produced Kid A, Amnesiac offers a second deep dive into Radiohead’s experimental era. While it may feel slightly more structured than its predecessor, it is still steeped in colorful electronic textures, moody atmospheres, and studio-born eccentricities.

Listeners hoping for a return to straightforward, anthemic guitar rock will instead find a mix of haunting ballads and unconventional soundscapes. The piano-led “Pyramid Song” and the gospel-tinged “You and Whose Army?” provide moments of traditional verse-chorus beauty, while “Pulk / Pull Revolving Doors” churns with abrasive, sample-heavy chaos and “Hunting Bears” drifts into minimalist ambient territory.
