With Gary Peacock on bass and Sunny Murray on drums, the set documented Ayler at a turning point, pushing the saxophone into raw, vocal territory that still sounds radical today.

The performance introduced early versions of compositions like "Ghosts" and "Spirits," pieces that would become cornerstones of Ayler's legacy. You can hear the emotional force and folk-like simplicity of his themes colliding with total improvisational freedom, a combination that changed what jazz could be.

Prophecy Completed expands the original album with an additional LP, presenting the complete performance in this format for the first time. Newly remastered by Dave Gardner, this deluxe 2LP edition continues Org Music's archival partnership with the Albert Ayler Estate and restores one of the essential documents of avant-garde jazz.
